Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Tax to oversee its tax
function and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the tax function, including compliance,
planning, and accounting
Oversee federal, foreign, and state income tax compliance processes
and manage external tax advisors
Prepare cash tax forecasts and manage tax aspects of intercompany
transactions
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
15+ years of experience, preferably with a mix of Big 4 and
industry experience
Active CPA license required
Experience in late-stage startups is strongly preferred
Knowledge of healthcare industry-specific taxes and SaaS taxability
is essential
