Job Description:

Ideal Candidate Criteria: Experience as a Quality Systems Analyst in a food manufacturing or similar environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-3:30p/finish, occasional Sat/Sun

Job Duties: The QUALITY SYSTEMS ANALYST will work with the plant manager regarding all aspects of the production schedule.

• Sending out lab samples - - - -
• Preparing Certificates of Analysis - - - -
• Batch Paperwork - - - -
• Raw and Finished Product Testing, Verification and Reporting - - - -
• Verifying Batch Codes - - - -
• Maintaining and printing lab paperwork - - - -
• Receiving Paperwork - - - -
• Appendix N Paperwork - - - -
• Multiple QA Documents, maintaining, verifying, and approving. - - - -
• Tracking/trending of data collected. - - - -
• Continuous improvement - - - -
• Other duties as assigned.Skills Needed: Bachelors Degree (preferred); 2+ years of production planning experience and 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in production planning for various processes.
  
  Good speaking, reading and writing skills in English for paperwork and computer training purposes. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook; good data entry skills.
  
  Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear and taste or smell; stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; occasionally climb or balance and stoop. The employee must regularly push, pull; lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
