Job Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair high-speed manufacturing equipment
  
• Prioritize operation and maintenance on multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment
  
• Perform quality checks and record results in automated quality control systems
  
• Interpret data to make quality and productivity decisions
  
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on process equipment
  
• Maintain work area in accordance with sanitation and housekeeping standards
  
  
  Job Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • High School Diploma or GED
    
  • 1-3 years of industrial experience in high-speed manufacturing or packaging environment
    
  • Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting
    
  • Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including day and night shifts, and required weekend and holiday hours
    
  • Able to work mandatory overtime as required
    
  • Superior work history, including good attendance
    
  • Knowledge of safety policies and procedures
