Job Description:
A company is looking for a BSA/AML Senior Associate to support
the Anti-Financial Crimes program management and oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support and guidance to management on Anti-Financial Crimes
matters
Manage BSA risk assessments and AML transaction monitoring system
implementation
Lead responses to bank partner and audit inquiries regarding AFC
controls and policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of experience in BSA/AML/Fraud or compliance risk
management
Preferred certifications include CAMS or CFE
Strong knowledge of federal regulations such as BSA and USA PATRIOT
Act
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, G Suite, and investigative
tools
