Job Description:
A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Specialist to drive
the adoption of a conversational intelligence tool across various
departments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the phased rollout of the conversational intelligence tool and
conduct training sessions
Establish reporting dashboards to track tool usage and productivity
impact
Maintain and optimize the tool post-launch while developing broader
enablement programs
Required Qualifications
Experience with conversational intelligence tools (e.g., Gong,
Clari Copilot, Outreach)
Familiarity with Salesforce and data reporting/analytics tools
Strong instructional design skills for creating engaging training
materials
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Willingness to learn and adapt, driving initiatives from concept to
execution
