Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Engagement
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and chats while providing
product information and support
Maintain productivity and performance according to company
guidelines and KPIs
Record and organize customer interactions and assist with returns,
refunds, and shipping inquiries
Required Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent
Previous knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and hair products
preferred
Experience in customer support and remote work environments
Basic computer skills and experience with Google Workspace
applications
Ability to work in a distraction-free home environment with
reliable internet connection
