Job Description:

A company is looking for a Part Time Dentist / Orthodontist (DDS) in Florida to assist in an adjudication role for dental claims and preauthorizations.

Key Responsibilities

Review and adjudicate dental claims and treatment authorization requests
Support State Dental Directors in Fair Hearing Meetings and clinical reviews
Assist in monitoring provider activity and compliance with dental program guidelines

Required Qualifications

Dental Degree from a U.S. accredited Dental School
A minimum of seven (7) years' experience as a practicing dentist or dental specialist
Active, unrestricted Florida dental license; multi-state licensure preferred
Successful completion of an orthodontic specialty program and board certification in orthodontics
Completion of credentialing process following NCQA guidelines
