*Job Description:*
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .Net, SharePoint, and JavaScript Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, with extensive experience in .Net, SharePoint, JavaScript, and HTML. The candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using .Net, SharePoint, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all development projects.

*Required Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in .Net development.
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint development, including custom web parts, workflows, and integration.
- Expertise in JavaScript, including modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS, with a focus on responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Microsoft certifications related to .Net and Sharepoint
