Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Business Manager IV to provide
business analysis, analytics, and strategic insights for the IT
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain tracking and reporting solutions for IT
strategy management
Lead the creation and delivery of standard and ad hoc reporting on
KPIs and operational metrics
Mentor IT team members and identify process improvements to enhance
service delivery and productivity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work
experience
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in IT and/or business
analysis
Management experience is preferred
Previous management experience in a large enterprise or consulting
organization is preferred
Familiarity with IT implementation projects and IT strategy
formulation is preferred
