Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and organized Reservationist to join our team at Established West Hollywood Restaurant. As a Reservationist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, making reservations, and providing exceptional guest service.Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications in a timely and efficient manner
• Confirm all reservations and ensure accuracy
• Provide information and assistance to guests regarding the reservation process and general restaurant inquiries
• Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Operate the reservation system (OpenTable) with accuracy and efficiency
• Handle guest inquiries and requests for private or specialized experiences
• Enter guest information and details into the event lead software
• Arrive on time for each shift and adhere to accurate recording of hours worked weekly
• Communicate with management any issues that may disrupt service
• Adhere to all company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook
• Attend staff meetings as scheduledRequirements
  • 1-2 years of customer service or guest-facing experience; hospitality experience is a plus but not required
  • Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to create a positive and welcoming experience for guests through effective communication and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to changing priorities effectivelyBenefits
