Job Details Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the product lifecycle, including improvements, SKU rationalization, and continuous monitoring of product performance. Analyze sales volumes, market share trends, and competitive activities to support business growth and profitability targets. Lead and support the development of new products from concept to execution, including pricing, positioning, and packaging, working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams and international headquarters. Partner with divisions such as marketing, sales, and operations to drive product developments and align on key initiatives. Conduct market and consumer research to track competitive trends and stay updated on product/category developments. Use these insights to drive informed product strategies. Develop and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, sell sheets, and product presentations to support the sales team and ensure effective product promotion. Assist with other marketing or product management projects as needed, contributing to the broader goals of the marketing department. Qualifications: Bachelor---s Degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 years of experience in marketing, product management, or a related role, with a passion for the food industry. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Prior experience in Food Manufacturing OR CPG.
