About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Floor Service Manager to join our team at Sqirl. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of dinner service, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for dinner service
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Collaborate with the management team to define Front of House (FOH) Operations and Equipment (OS&E)
• Lead the team through Friends and Family service and into dinner service
