Job Description:
A company is looking for an Emergency Services Migration Manager
to support the planning, implementation, and delivery of 9-1-1
services for its customers.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation and delivery of 9-1-1 services in
collaboration with the 9-1-1 Program Manager
Facilitate planning meetings and collaborate with internal teams
for NG9-1-1 Aggregation rollouts
Track customer-specific program metrics and prepare status reports
for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of 9-1-1 call routing preparation and implementation
experience
2+ years of experience in 9-1-1 routing solutions and services
Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet project
deadlines
2-4 years of experience within the telecommunications field
preferred
