Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Ad Product to
lead the Ad Product Squad in developing innovative advertising
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of ad products to maximize
sales and revenue
Design and implement flexible ad features and payout types to
expand business opportunities
Develop and maintain data solutions supporting advertiser
operations, including tracking and onboarding processes
Required Qualifications
6-8+ years in software engineering, specifically in ad tech or
digital advertising solutions
At least 2 years in a leadership role with direct reports
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Python programming
Experience with ad serving platforms and native advertising
solutions
Familiarity with data pipeline development and ad performance
tracking
