Key Responsibilities
Manage a multi-million dollar annual budget for paid social
marketing
Develop channel strategies and experimentation roadmaps to optimize
performance
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance campaign effectiveness
and share insights
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative work in a
fast-paced environment
1+ years of Meta advertising experience in B2C, DTC, or B2B
Strong ownership mindset with a focus on growth and feedback
Structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving with
proficiency in SQL or Excel
Creative and eager to experiment with new growth ideas
